INSPIRED BY A CLASSIC WARM BACON SPINACH SALAD, OUR VERSION HAS CRISPY PROSCIUTTO AND WARM PANCETTA DRESSING. THE DRESSING IS SLIGHTLY SWEET; MADE FROM RENDERED PANCETTA FAT, BROWN SUGAR, MUSTARD & RED WINE VINEGAR. THE JAMMY EGGS ARE FULLY COOKED BOILED EGGS WITH A SOFT GOOEY YOLK.
